A beautiful maternity session captured by Alyson at Lookout Mountain in Golden, CO. We love to capture photos during ‘golden hour’ (sunset), especially in the spring. The rain clears the air and the clouds sometimes provide a beautiful overcast like we had for a few of these shots.

Alyson and I did a training day to use new techniques for our newborn photography session and we are so happy that we picked this sweet little angel. She was absolutely perfect! She slept the entire time and did a great job of looking adorable. It was a good day and we loved how the images turned out! Thank you!
This wonderful couple was such a pleasure to work with. We attempted at a sunset maternity session but with our spring thunderstorms we had to move it to an earlier time. The results were AMAZING!
The clouds provided for a wonderful backdrop and it did wonders for our light! The rain also cleaned the air and the mountains looked spectacular because of it!

Sometimes some day’s are nicer than others, and this day was absolutely beautiful! I think it was this wonderful family that made me feel like this.
It was a little cloudy but it did wonders for the light, the mountains were clear, the grass was green, and they looked so happy. We decided to go to Standley Lake in Westminster and it was perfect. We started off 86 and Simms. There’s a nice fence, creek, beautiful tall green grass, and of course you can’t beat that Colorado view.
Big brother was so much fun and loved his little newborn sister! The family was so kind and caring. It was a good day 🙂 Thank you so much!
