Newborn Photography Denver

Newborn Photographer

When is the best time to have a newborn photography session done? Having the newborn photo session done within the first two weeks is ideal because they still have that "newborn look" and they love to eat and sleep! The younger your baby, the better our chances are of capturing a sleepy baby. I like to aim before the two week mark, but I understand that might not work out for some families. Contact me and let me know when you feel would be best time for our session.

My B-stop, 1.5 hour, package is recommended for newborn photography. But it will likely run around 2 hours because they might need a little extra love and attention (don't worry, no additional charges). All my newborn sessions take place at the comfort of your own home since it's the most comfortable place for a new family. There are many Denver newborn photographers and I appreciate you considering me to capture this moment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

When should we schedule the newborn photo shoot?

I book newborn sessions on short notice or up to 6 months in advance :)

Can we be in the pictures? What about other kiddos?

Of course!

Where will the newborn session take place?

The session will take place at the comfort of your home. I will bring along my equipment and set up in the area where you have the most natural light. Places that I like to use are your living room, bedroom, the baby's room, and possible the front or backyard.

Do you bring props?

I will bring a basket, blankets (for backdrop), diaper covers, and cheesecloth wraps (differnt colors). Most props and hats that you see on my photographs belong to the baby. The picture will hold a different meaning if we utilize your hats, blankets, books, or other props you wanted to include in the picture.

How many images should we expect?

Most newborn photography sessions will render around 55 images with the B-Stop package. It's listed as 90 minutes, but it may run close to two hours if needed. All the images will also be converted to black & white and you will receive 4 (8x10s) and 6 (5x7s) with your package.
